"Group of 22" - December 1990 to May 1991.
Member of a committee instituted by the late Maurice Sauve, composed of 22 Canadians from across the country to tackle the constitutional issue through a revision of the distribution of powers between the two levels of government.
Constitutional Conferences - January to March 1992.
Participant to conferences held in: Halifax (for Distribution of Powers) ; Calgary (for Institutions' Reform); Ottawa (for Aboriginal Issues); Vancouver (for Conclusions and Recommendations to the Dobbie-Beaudoin Commission).
