"Group of 22" - December 1990 to May 1991.
Member of this committee, instituted by the late Maurice Sauvé, to tackle the constitutional issue through a revision of the distribution of powers between the two levels of government. A report was produced and submitted to the eleven Premiers.
Constitutional Conferences - January to March 1992.
Participant to conferences held in: Halifax (for Distribution of Powers) ; Calgary (for Institutions' Reform); Ottawa (for Aboriginal Issues); Vancouver (for Conclusions and Recommendations to the Dobbie-Beaudoin Commission).
Nakoda Project: "Conversations on Canada" - May 1992.
Participant to a socio-political gathering organized by The Katalysis Group in Calgary. This group brought together a group of 45 Canadians to discuss the Canadian identity.
Dispute Resolution Board of the Yukon - Panel Member – 1997
On a roster to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes under the Umbrella Final Agreement. Selected panel members are called upon to mediate or arbitrate disputes.
Food Bank Society of Whitehorse – President of the Board – 2007 - 2009
Lead the creation of the non-profit society, its board of governors, the fundraising and the strategic planning process up until the opening of the operation.
Mediation Yukon Society – 1995 - 2014
Acted as Executive Director, President and Board member – am I still a member of this group of professional mediators.
